Jay represents personal injury victims and focuses particularly on those with brain traumas. As a Southern Californian native with close to a decade of experience in South Korea, Jay is able to serve his diverse clientele with equal care, compassion, and confidence.
Jay graduated cum laude from Chapman Law School, with an emphasis in advocacy and dispute resolution. With a bachelor of science degree from University of California, Irvine, in organic chemistry, Jay is uniquely capable of dealing with and understanding both the legal and scientific aspects of complex personal injury matters.
Jay is an active member of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Assoc, Consumer Attorneys Assoc of Los Angeles, and a supporter of the Brain Injury Association of America.
Robert L. Montanez, Esq.
Robert focuses on representing personal injury victims and is an expert in dealing with governmental and insurance liens and set-asides. As a Riverside native, Robert knows and loves the county that he has lived in his entire life. His passion in providing for his community led him to working as a law enforcement officer for over a decade.
The law enforcement perspective that Robert is able to bring to the firm and to all the cases that we handle on behalf of our clients is priceless, particularly in traffic collision cases.

James received his bachelor of arts in business and economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and his juris doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. James served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Julia W. Brand of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California, and then as a law clerk for the Tort and Condemnation section of the California Department of Justice, Office of the General Counsel.
James is fluent in both English and Korean.
